Terms and Conditions.

 GENERAL

  • All goods are sold by us on the following terms and condition unless agreed otherwise formally in writing by us.
  • Clerical errors are subject to correction.
  • These conditions are subject to English Law and English jurisdiction.
  • A land line number is required before an order is processed.

PRICES

Prices shown on our website are subject to change and we reserve the right to cancel orders and fully refund customers.

DESCRIPTIONS OF GOODS

Photographs and other illustrations represents generally the goods offered, but are not binding in-detail. All weights, measurements and technical details given are stated as correctly as possible, but any inaccuracy shall not render the contract void or form grounds for any claim against us & where possible we advise customers to check manufacturer's websites for complete details.

GUARANTEE

All goods supplied by us come with a minimum 1 year manufacturer's guarantee. If goods are faulty on arrival we will replace them free of any cost to the purchaser including collecting and return to base. Goods ordered in error may be returned to us within 7 days for a full refund of the cost of the goods excluding any shipping charges subject to the goods being unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Before returning goods please notify us and get a returns authorisation. If the goods that were ordered in error include a delivery charge we reserve the right to hold back that amount and the cost of returning the goods (if applicable) and we will advise purchasers of these charges at the time they contact us for returns authorisation.

CARRIAGE CHARGES, FAILED DELIVERIES & DELIVERY DATES

Shipping charges may be included in the cost of the goods or may be shown separately and in all cases orders will include the cost of delivery. If goods fail to arrive within 4 working days of our dispatch advice (we will email you to confirm shipment) please report the non-arrival to us so we may process a lost shipment enquiry.

Any dates and times for delivery are estimates given in good faith and we accept no liability for any divergence from those times.

For European countries, including Northern Ireland, there will be shipping charges made. European countries outside the European Union, which are zero VAT rated, will have the amount of VAT refunded.

 If goods fail to arrive within 8 working days of our dispatch advice (we will email you to confirm shipment) please report the non-arrival to us so we may process a lost shipment enquiry.

RETURNS/ SHORTAGES / DAMAGE / DEFECTIVE GOODS

  • Claims for shortages and damage must be notified to One Stop Tools in writing within four working days of receipt of goods.Â
  • Replacement goods for damaged/defective items will be charged for and refund on return of said goods once a satisfactory inspection has taken place.
  • Goods incorrectly ordered will only be accepted back under the following conditions;
    • Â (A) That the goods are in saleable condition.Â
    • Â (B) That the original packaging is still intact.Â
    • Â (C) A 20% handling charge will be levelled for admin costs.
    •  (D) No refund will be given with regards to returned carriage
  • Goods that have been specially ordered in and are a non-stock item will not be accepted back for refund.Â
  • Items for refund will not be accepted back later than 30 days after the invoice date.
  • In the case of error by One Stop Tools, the goods will be collected without charge.
  • Authorisation must be obtained in the form of a returns note number for all returns, failure to include this with the returned goods will result in the claim being rejected and the goods returned with carriage being charged.
